User Agreement

Eligibility

UNICE is intended for users aged 18 and above.

Subscription

Access to UNICE is provided exclusively through subscription. Billing, renewal, and cancellations are handled by Google Play. Certain features may require an active subscription.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to install and use UNICE on your device. Reverse engineering, copying, redistributing, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where required by applicable law.

Content and Usage

You are responsible for the content you access and create within the app. Use of the app must comply with local laws and must not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Privacy

We collect only your User ID and subscription information. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or unlawful use. You may stop using UNICE at any time; deletion of the app ends your license.

Disclaimers

UNICE is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from your use of UNICE is limited to fees paid for your current subscription term.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms to reflect improvements and changes. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
